#Gojesabz is one of my all times favorite fruits, and most of Persian people will die for it. This sour and crunchy fruit is only available for a very short period of time during spring season. During this time not only I enjoy eating it as a snack in front of tv every night, but I also use it for cooking in few different dishes. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do.
